Luther is about to break into Domingo's mother's house, only to find that it is unlocked. After exploring it a bit, he exits the house, where Tweetie is waiting for him and gives him a bottle to piss in. <br /> The two of them keep camping outside the house for the night. Luther almost drinks the cup holding his urine, but he eventually gives it to Tweetie to throw away. The house remains empty, no sign of Domingo or his mother. When Tweetie comes back with food, Luther rejects it. <br /> When morning comes, Piña and Victor arrive to take over the watch shift. Tweetie drives to Hacienda Heights for breakfast, but. Luther again refuses this. Parcel Thoughts give no new information, so Luther steps outside. Tweetie joins him, telling him Memo is going to prison. Luther stays silent at that, and his later fuming at the ATM reveals Buddhist refers to his father. <br /> After checking the receipt, Luther decides to check the balloon parade. At one stand, one guy "mad-dogs" Luther, which backfires and leaves him cowering at Luther's reaction. Luther then mentions "minatory", which confuses both Tweetie and himself. Later, another guy causes trouble for a fruit seller, and then asks Luther for pink balloons. <br /> They later meet up with Eswin, who gives Tweetie the list for the last set, near Venice. At the set, Luther wonders about the pale blue balloon, picking one up and wondering if he should try one. When he puts it back, he feels someone on his back, and turns around to find it's a thin Asian man: Jingjing. When going through the transfer, Luther at first puts his hand out, causing Jingjing to protest. When Jingjing acquires his balloon and starts to leave, Luther watches him for a moment before suddenly bolts after him, startling the crew and Tweetie.
